研究方向

主要以我國西部林木類群和青藏高原特有植物為研究對象，在大規(guī)模開展野外調查和數據收集的基礎上，利用傳統(tǒng)分子標記和二代測序技術，結合分子系統(tǒng)發(fā)育、生物地理、譜系地理、群體遺傳、群體基因組等領域多種數據分析手段，從物種分化、種群動態(tài)、分布范圍變遷等多個方面開展植物生態(tài)與進化歷史研究。
